Excellent

This was a complex transaction as it involved 2 vendors combining to sell an englobo block, as well as the late possibility of a third vendor coming in with a slightly smaller piece of land. Greg’s knowledge of the local market impacted greatly on this sale. Greg handled the job with great professionalism, working through all of our options, and advising all of us on what he thought would deliver us the best return.
