Brilliant agent

From the ‘get-go’ Vicki was excellent! Within a day or so of meeting with us she had visited our property and made an informed decision on what was required to present the unit at its best for sale. She then arranged for the work to be done immediately, which also required discussion with the tenant, and within a week photos were taken and our property was on the market! Some ‘delicate’ liasing with the tenant with regards to the Open for Inspection times was also undertaken by Vicki. The 4 week lead up to our proposed auction was cut short as Vicki secured an excellent buyer for us, within a fortnight, with an offer that exceeded our expectations. No way did we anticipate such a seamless, stress free path to market and successful sale! Hence the ‘brilliant’ adjective to describe Vicki as that’s exactly what she was!
