Excellent communication, not pushy

Ryan was very responsive, and had our best interests/desires at the forefront of his dealings with us. We had seen a different house originally, but upon discussing our desires and our hopes for a well thought-out floor plan, he recommended we view a different home he had off market. We ended up loving the home and bought it. Ryan made any exchanges between us, himself and/or the vendors seamless. He was never pushy, and frequently advocated in our favour. I would highly recommend family and friends to buy, or sell with Ryan.
