Outstanding work by Michael Zakhem of Woodards

Michael was selected after talking to many other companies and agents and was chosen for his Bentleigh East knowledge but more for his way of making you feel at ease and trust him. He has warmth and great credibility. He has a good handle on the market and guided us well in key decisions concerning presentation, price expectations and legal matters. He showed a lot of consideration for our mixed feelings in having to sell our jointly owned old family home that my sister lives in, and the pressure on my sister to get ready for inspections of her living space. Michael guided us into selling before auction for very sound reasons and we are more than happy with the price obtained .
