Do NOT Trust this Agent he is a LIAR

I purchased a unit through Bunie Carthew from Woodards Agency in September 2025. I have learnt a very big lesson about real estate agents. Not all of them are honest. In fact in Bunie's case he LIED about the contents of the section 32. To induce us to buy he LIED about the section 32 twice when asked a very straight question. He was told we had not had a chance to review the contract or the section 32, in fact he understood this clearly. He also understood that his answer to our question about the contents of the section 32 was an important part of our decision to buy. Bunie said there were "no areas of concern" in the section 32 and that it "was all very standard." Stupidly I relied on his honesty. Bad mistake. My understanding is that Real Estate Agents have a duty to act with integrity and honesty and not mislead. The section 32 of this property had a 14 page City Of Monash Building Notice of DEFECTS. Yes 14 pages of DEFECTS. Bunie stated clearly that there were no issues of concern, all very standard. When I called Bunie 3 days later to ask why he had lied about the contents of the section 32 he said there were NO issues with the section 32. He lied again to me over the phone. He stated that all these buildings have issues??? Does he really believe a 14 page DEFECTS building notice id NOT a concern??? I don't think any reasonable individual could truly believe this. He is either incompetent or a LIAR. He does not strike me as incompetent so the only other choice is that he is a LIAR. He simply lied to induce a sale. The building defects list has been quoted after going to TENDER at between 1.2M to 2.5M to effect the repairs. This information was available to the Vendor prior to the Auction but was not provided as part of the section 32. Bunie could have simply NOT answered the question and said please make your own enquiries or he could have also told the truth. He decided to tell a LIE to induce the sale. I would not trust this Agent.
