Amazing Agent and an Amazing Auction Result!

I wasn't interested in auction bells and whistles such as free coffee carts etc, just a straight forward campaign and auction with a reasonable result on the day. I had a very conservative idea of what return I was looking for so what I was looking for a confident agent who knew the market and who would make the process of selling my unit completely stress-free for me and Clare Adams was that person and stood out above all other agents I met with. Clare listened and understood my needs and took charge of marketing, styling, maintenance as well as providing great service to prospective buyers. Her service throughout the process exceeded all of my expectations from the minute we met. Clare's marketing plan brought in a huge amount of interest and her communication was consistent every step of the way. I could sit back knowing everything was in good hands and come auction day I wasn't nervous at all. Due to all of Clare's work my unit sold at auction far beyond my reserve price due to not just 1 or 2 but multiple bidders. It was a record price for any property in the unit complex and far higher than I was ever expecting to receive for my property. This was a very welcome added bonus to the amazing assistance and service Clare gave me through the campaign.
