We were researching from afar with representatives doing initial inspections for us. We had a clear list of must haves. Once we narrowed our search, we wanted to stay within a certain price bracket whilst closing on a long settlement. Bec made all of that work to mutual satisfaction. We deliberately looked for the chance to negotiate by shortlisting properties listed for sale not auction or post auction. We inspected in the morning, had an agreed price by the night, a contract by the next day and were unconditional once building inspection and finance were confirmed the next week. Bec was communicative, clear and helpful. She handled any to and fro communications promptly and fulsomely. We appreciated her professionalism very much. Most importantly, we are very pleased with the purchase.
