This is our 2nd property Andrew Guarino has sold for us and once again, his professionalism and integrity exceeded all our expectations. Andrew kept in touch with us throughout the sale period and the trust we put into him resulted in a higher than expected price. We had some difficulty in achieving our asking price due to there being many similar 1 bedroom flats on the market, however, Andrew’s advice to lower our asking price resulted in a much higher interest of the property, many more groups attending the opens, and which resulted in a sale price much higher than our original asking price.
