Professional, responsive, and transparent

Brooke was very professional to deal with throughout the end-to-end buying process: from when we attended multiple open inspections, to our organising a property inspection prior to auction, and the contract signing and settlement process. She was also agile and flexible in helping all of us work through the uncertainties given our settlement occurred during stage three of the COVID-19 lockdown. Throughout all our dealings with her, Brooke also differentiated herself by being very upfront and transparent.
