Yarraville Property Sale

We are based in Sydney, however Brooke McFarlane recently handled the sale of a property for us in Yarraville, Victoria. We only met with her on one occasion, so every other conversation was via phone, email or text. We didn't expect the selling process to be a seamless process given that we were interstate, however, Brooke exceeded our expectations on every front. She is a great communicator, making and returning calls when promised, and she went above and beyond to get our property ready on time. She also provided great advice (while listening to our needs), chased down keys for us, and liaised with our solicitor. One of the things that differentiated Brooke from the other agents that we spoke with initially was that she didn't spend time promoting herself or her agency - she got straight to business, providing us with an estimate on the spot and a very clear overview of how the campaign would run. In a nutshell, Brooke under promises and over delivers. She's fantastic to work with, and in the end, achieved an impressively high price for our property.
