We found Katie so, so good. Katie came strongly recommended by Emerald friends who had sold their place with Katie. SO we interviewed her and liked her very much. We had not sold a place before so we were wary of estate agents (they don’t have the best reputation) and felt like babes in the woods. But we need not have worried, Katie took us through the process in a respectful, considered, honest way, hearing our concerns and our desires about potential buyers (our 10 hectares has 7 hectares covenanted). We always knew what was happening and why. Even the process of removing furniture etc while exhausting it was clear what she was trying to achieve and what would help sell the house. We would highly recommend Katie as someone who will make the stressful and slightly scary process of selling a beloved home much, much easier, be delightful to work with, be transparent, helpful, explaining things. And with good results: we have the buyers we want who will look after our beloved covenanted bushland.

After a terrible experience buying this property a few years ago (113acres not listed under "acreage", no Agent willing to show me the property and on the phone actively trying to discourage me from this property etc.) we knew which Real Estate Agent we would NOT use! When the time came to sell, we had taken note of Katie as she had recently sold a neighbouring property. As we are unique, off grid and with special considerations, we needed to very carefully choose an agent. We first looked on Katie's website and noticed straight away the differences. This Agent had style, her properties were presented beautifully and the photography was sensational. So different to the usual local Real Estate Agents. We sent an enquiry email and went from there. Katie is professional, friendly, hard working and super approachable. We appreciated Katie's honest property appraisal, her tips and advice. Katie made it her mission to become very knowledgeable about our property so that she was able to answer prospective buyers queries. The Photographer used was friendly, hard working and professional. Katie's eye for detail was a winner and we felt very comfortable placing our beloved property in her hands. From start to finish, we do not have one complaint. Katie's ideas were accepted and appreciated, her communication was fantastic. We were kept"in the loop" the entire time. Negotiations were easy and fast. Being told by others it would take a long time to sell, we sold our property on Day 7! I cannot recommend Katie highly enough. We see some local properties having trouble selling and we do ask ourselves if that would have been the case if Katie was the listing Agent!

We went with Katie, as she was real and trustworthy. We were also drawn the beautiful presentation of her houses online, and felt lucky to be one of the houses on her profile. It was a hard time to sell, and emotional. We can’t imagine having gone through the experiences with any other agent. She listened to me a lot, and we agreed that selling a house is always more than selling a house. She is sensitive to this fact, and I don’t think I would have been given the same care else where. When we decided to sell our home in Emerald we were a bit nervous. We had never sold a house before so the whole process was somewhat unknown. Katie made the entire experience so pleasant and easy. Katie was always super approachable and went above and beyond, often even happy to chat to us afterhours if we had any queries. The whole process with Katie from start to finish was thoroughly planned out from every intricacy of packaging our campaign launch to open houses through to settlement. Katie spent the time needed, planning, considering all avenues and sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience with us, always patient and genuinely caring for us, due to this we know 100% we achieved the best possible result. Katie not only goes above and beyond for her clients, she also has excellent interpersonal attributes and charisma that create really good genuine relationships with all buyers and vendors.
