Outstanding effort, Street Record, determined and purposeful

I was based remotely overseas managing a project when I required to sell my first home come investment property. Raman stood out as the obvious choice as she did a phenomenal job when I purchased my new apartment residence with her. The property was impending long-term tenant exit, and required substantial maintenance work & renovations. Raman diligently assisted as my eyes, ears and hands on the ground, coordinating with my property manager, tenants & various trades in advance of the tenancy ending, and after. Raman worked above and beyond as my agent, and throughout the holidays. She was very responsive and communicated with me even with the delayed time difference. Unfortunately the renovations ran late and we missed the Spring market. At Raman's suggestion she staged and marketed my property over the Christmas New Year holidays, traditionally a quiet time for property. Raman successfully SOLD my property at the first weekend of open homes for beyond my expectation, well exceeding my anticipated sale price! Raman BROKE THE STREET RECORD for a 3 bedroom home sale, selling to a wonderful young family. I couldn't be happier and can't recommend her enough! This is my second transaction with Raman and I will absolutely be purchasing my next property through her. She's highly skilled, diligent & extremely hard working, and by far the best agent I've ever worked with.
