•When I walked into my property after the tenants had left, the house was in an absolute state. Garbage filled the shed, holes in walls, TV brackets drilled into multiple walls without any consent, nor was it raised by my agent. The towel rail was bent, the front door lock was changed and my agent didn't even know. The garage door has been bent in and was not picked up in a single inspection over the last 4 years, now there's no way of getting it covered for repair. The garage door GPO was ripped from the ceiling, there were screws missing from the roof from tenants hanging a shade sail, the paint was ripped off the walls from sticking things all over the house, three door handles were bent/pulled off, there was black film of soot all over the ceiling and the spare room absolutely stunk of dog/urine and would not have happened right at the point of hand back. The leasing process was an absolute joke as well. The leasing agent wanted to photograph the property with no furniture in it, rather than using previous photos with it funished. I would never receive updates about how it was going and would constantly have to follow up. Having the house vacant for two months in the current market is insane and so frustrating. The only positive I can say is that after the tenants were out, Belynda would answer my calls and try to help rectify and provide advice wherever she could, even answering my calls on her day off so thank you. Overall I'm very disappointed with the lack of care for my property and would never recommend Exceed after this experience.
