Great communication from a good cohesive team

The Exceed property management team work well as a team. Starting from prepping the house prior to entering the rental market to finally signing up the tenants was relatively smooth. They communicated well throughout the entire process. If one agent was away another handled the situation excellently obviously with good handover having been performed amongst the staff.
