She always responded promptly to our enquires, and every maintenance request we submitted was resolved quickly. She kept us updated throughout the process and always informed us in advance about any necessary maintenance appointments, which, honestly, is something you can't take for granted these days. Every inspection during our tenancy took place within the scheduled timeframe and without delays.
