Was a more challenging market than I had expected but we achieved the desired result .

Didn't get the favourable results although there were applications from the first viewing. However, my agent Amelia persisted and we got an ideal application on the third. Unfortunately, their circumstances changed and they withdrew their application when offered the lease. We continued the evaluations and eventually found the right applicant and the lease was signed. Throughout the process, patience and perseverance were required and Amelia came through. She always accorded me courtesy and professionalism in our communications . Ultimately, getting suitable tenants for an excellent rental property was the goal and it was achieved. The intricacies along the way required more than the usual effort .
