Bad communication

They were not very communicative, when asked questions- they were very dismissive after the contract was signed and not very helpful. Haven't had a single email replied to. Property report came in after I'd moved in. Was messaged the day of my move in that the property clean hadn't been complete and blinds still needed to be removed and cleaned, bathrooms needed a clean and handy work was required. Needed to make for contractors for works that wasn't complete before move in date. Heads up would've been appreciated as opposed to the day of the move when the move was locked in.
