Robyn has been a lovely person to communicate with: quick to answer all our questions and always trying to put us at ease ( eg. Robyn quickly organised the locksmith when her colleague bolted the doors and no one could get into the property), as well as doing her best to find the suitable tenants. Robyn also recommended and organised the property valuation company to get in touch with us. not a great experience

Just entered the rented property, has been updated that we have a property manager and property manager assistant. None of them appeared when we collected the key. We've been also told that our property manager will contact us, but still, nobody has contacted us. We tried also to reach the manager and her assistant because we had an issue with the hot water, left 3 messages in the agency, but nobody have us a call back. In addition, the cleaning of the property was awful, the oven and dishwater were molded.
