Why do you guys keep sending me emails insisting I provide feedback on Xceed Real Estate ? I am aware that my review is not important for the team at Xceed Real Estate or any other Real Estate management company. Just take pride in the fact that year-on-year you real estate management guys raise the rent by a minimum of 20% for rental houses that offer very little insulation, no filtered drinking water amenities and crappy maintenance. And you guys also charge a hefty cleaning fee to have the apartment cleaned after leaving. The family that rented the apartment before me was paying $360 per week. I was paying $450. That is a 25% percent increase. I wasn’t aware of this price hike at the time I signed the agreement. And the listing for the tenant that came after me had a price of $540. That is another 20% increase. And I paid $250 to have a 1-bedroom apartment cleaned after I spent a lot of time cleaning it myself. Increasing rent by a minimum of 20% year-on-year in an economy where no one’s salary or wage increases by even 3% annually (most often the increase is once in a 3 or 4 years) is a clear sign of ‘greed’ exhibited by estate management companies and landlords. So, stop asking for feedback. Just revel in your greed. Clink your champagne glasses at your year-ending galas and stop asking for ‘Feedback’.
