Not great so far.

We were rushed into a date which gave us less than 1 week before move in day otherwise it was said another tenant may receive the house. When entering the house, it had not been cleaned, broken sliding door lock and window latch were noticed. It’s taken at least a couple of weeks to have these fixed and still no professional cleaning done. This was disappointing as we’re are still expected to pay the first week of rent when the house was not secure and we could not move in due to this. The property manager did not have the correct keys to open up for a contractor, fix person so we had to come back to the house to open up for her.
