Wish I could get out of this contract!

Signing with this company is one of my biggest regrets and seriously wish I never had. Hopefully there is some way to get out of this contract! Firstly, they advertised our home for less than they quoted us when we signed up with them. When we questioned them about it, it took 5 days for a reply so an incorrect price was advertised for too long. For the first home open- or what was meant to be. They advertised a time, people showed up to see the house, Exceed did not. They tried to tell us the home open was cancelled a couple of days later but we knew it was just a no show on their part. When challenged the manager just blamed other people. After this, we expressed our frustration, but they assured us they would have inspections the following weekend and get our house rented asap. On Friday of that week there was still no advertised home open time. I asked why and they said they didn't advertise one so that people would have to enquire directly with them if they wanted to see the house. This was never discusssed with us and it is frankly ridiculous - home opens should be advertised! Eventually did get rented and since then it's just been expense after expense. Just got a bill for $275 to literally change a light bulb! Seriously disappointed with this company and would not recommend!
