Didn't disclose to us known issues at the complex

Told us about the ongoing serious issues associated with our neighbouring apartment only when we came to collect the keys. Have been rather unhelpful in addressing these issues since. Absolutely devastated with the position we are in now. Transparency would have been appreciated. Do not recommend.
