•When it comes to property maintenance and a network of tradies that are reasonably priced and do good work; Xceed is not too bad. In terms of proactive management in relation to rent increases and providing multiple new tenants for the Landlord to review I found you need to really be on top of Xceed. I recalled a case when they failed to apply an agreed rent increase due to a system error then was locked in for a further 6 months. There was no effort to make amends and the landlord needed to take the hit. In terms of releasing they seemed to be happy to put forward the first application. As a tenant I would be happy to use them, as a Landlord I would suggest to shop around.
