Smooth Transition

We found ourselves in the market looking for a new rental due to our current rental being sold to owner occupiers. As sad and stressful as it was, the moment I saw the property I knew it was for us. Molly and her team were amazing in ensuring we had a fair go - keeping us up to date on the upcoming viewing, answering my questions promptly and being very approachable at the viewing. Molly called the moment our application was approved by our new landlords - I've rented for awhile and that first phone call is everything, she was professional and not shy to have a laugh (I was cross between crying and laughing). She is very knowledgeable and without hesitation, answered all the questions I had regarding the lease and next steps. We're excited to start our new beginning in our home and could not be happier, that it's with Xceed.
