Generally good but room for improvement

The inspection process and application process was handled well and very efficiently. Staff were friendly and accommodating We were requested to move in 3-4 days earlier which we politely declined as we had yet to hand in formal notice on our current rental After signing, I would expect a little more flexibility and an accommodating nature. Our requests to pick up the keys late the day before move-in (in order to start the move the night before a busy work week) were repeatedly refused. This meant we have to completely change removal plans to accommodate Exceed. Should be the other way around. Very disappointing and has left a sour taste
