Seamless process from start to finish!

I genuinely cannot recommend Xceed enough. We are absolutely over the moon with our rental and the whole process was so easy, professional and super quick! Robyn was the first agent I was in contact with and she was a massive help. Robyn was extremely quick to reply and help in any way she could with any questions or query’s we had regarding the properties listed online. Robyn is just so lovely and amazing at her job, we were so grateful to have her help during this process. Once we were approved, I was given a collection date for the keys way quicker than I had expected which was brilliant!! I was so pleasantly welcomed by lovely ladies at the desk in Xceed. It was such a welcoming atmosphere to walk into, it’s great to see staff smiling within the work place. The lovely ladies at the desk were so quick and attentive. I then a meeting with the lovely Taryn, who explained any further details about our property clearly and professionally. I left the office with a huge smile on my face, we even received a beautiful gift on our moving in day. Since moving in, any email or text with any questions/information has been replied to instantly and I have been given clear answers and help with anything I have needed. I am so happy we found Xceed as I don’t think we could have been supplied with a better service anywhere else. If I could give more than 5* I would. Seamless from start to finish.
