If I could give 6 stars, I would. William (Billy) ALWAYS went above and beyond in selling our house.

What an outstanding guy to be working with! From the get-go Billy was 100% committed to helping us sell our house. We sold at the top of the estimate he gave after just 2 weeks on the market, and with a 30 day settlement and pre-approved finance! When Billy did an initial look at the house the news wasn’t great. To make the house truly standout some work needed to be done and some issues checked. When we decided we did want to sell: cue Billy swinging into action! Within 3 days something he had spotted was proved not to be a structural issue, and after 7 days we had quotes galore from a myriad of trades to help bring the house up to a beautiful standard. Not only did he spend time organising these trades and giving them access to the property, but also liaising with me about projected timelines and what would be the next steps. He truly put in 110% effort into suggesting, co-ordinating and ensuring that any required works were done in an extremely quick, yet proficient manner. Then something went wrong (via a third party.) And when he told me, I could tell he was as upset and p*ssed off as I was. When we talked about possible solutions he heard my point of view and, though going against some more seasoned advice, he agreed with me. As much a professional as he is, he always listened and does see the ‘layman’s’ perspective. Then when it came to settlement and another issue arose after the final inspection (completely out of anyone’s control,) he was again there to chat with me and talk me through our options. Come the eleventh hour, who was there, spending their time to ensure that the settlement went through as originally planned? William (Billy) Coleman- sending pictures and videos via text and email an hour before settlement was due, to ensure that my house got sold. It was truly a pleasure to have him represent us and to have him working alongside us when selling our house. Oh did I mention we live 3500km’s away. It was all of Billy’s hardwork!
