Patience has its reward

Kial was very easy to deal with. To start with you he came to our place (other side of the city) and we went through the options. Everything was explained, the steps along the way, the costs and hoo we would stay in contact. The property was not quick to sell, we had a minimum price and we stuck with this. Kial did not try to have us sell for less. He was diligent with continuous open days and kept us informed of potential interest. He demonstrated a very good understanding of the local market and was good at following up with potential buyers. He kept us informed long the journey. The place was eventually sold for what we wanted and this was largely due to Kial's professionalism and persistence.
