Simple approach, wonderful outcome

We are city folk who were looking to purchase a block to build on or an existing house in Yarrawonga. Andrew Shell was extremely helpful in this process. He helped us narrow our search and saved us time by simply asking about our dreams. With no sales 'push' but plenty of guidance (due to his expansive local knowledge), we were able to purchase a wonderful block of land, which we are able to build on. The true value of Andrew, and how he came to impress my wife and myself, was when our bank delayed finance (and, in turn, the sale) Andrew's communication with the Vendor, enabled us to retain the block, until the finance was secured. It was the most frustrating delay, however, with Andrew's compassion and understanding of our position, was able to convey his trust in us, to the Vendor. We are truly grateful to Andrew Shell for helping us secure our dream.
