As interstate buyers purchasing in an unfamiliar area, Karen has been a great wealth of knowledge about the area. It was touch and go securing the property due to other interest, but Karen was professional, diplomatic and an exceptional communicator. We appreciated Karen keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process, especially being so far away, buying a home in NSW is a somewhat stressful process compared to other states.
