A good experience, I have learnt what I need to look out for if I ever sell a property again.

Market knowledge was sound, communication was good (much better then the strata agent), and the only thing I can fault when it came to professionalism is the use of old photos for the properties advertising. I would not have been overly concerned if the before and after photos weren't so different, for example - the walls went from a horribly dark maroon colour to an off white/cream/hogs bristle colour.
