A terrific bloke

From the moment we met Michael, we were impressed with his honesty and professionalism. We were so glad we took him on as our agent, because it quickly became very clear that he was a very hard-working bloke who communicated with us extremely well. We have become good friends but as we have now moved away from Toowoomba, we probably won't get to see Michael again, regrettably.
