The land is located at the end corner of Railway Parade, the main street of St Lawrence. It has power, town water and partly fenced. Just a short walk to the General Store, Hotel, Post Office, Police Station, State school and close to the Library, Swimming Pool, Bowls Club, Golf Club and Caravan Park.
St Lawrence is north of Rockhampton and south of Mackay. It is home for fishing and crabbing, and is known for its Wetlands. It is an old historical town with very friendly people and supportive council.
