Experience relating to change of property manager and onboarding of new tenant

I recently decided to change property manager at the same time as the departure of existing tenant. It was the first time that I was changing property manager since purchasing the investment property. Nick Kruger was very patient in answering all my questions about the transition to Your Haven. Nick’s team has been very proactive in addressing any outstanding items that the departing property manager did not complete as part of the handover. Your Haven has recently helped to onboard the new tenant. I look forward to building a long term relationship with Nick’s team as my property manager.
