Focussed and effective

Nick Kruger has been extremely helpful in selling my unit. We had a good discussion at the beginning of the process, and he listened to my wishes and ideas. He dealt really well with the tenant throughout the three months of advertising, he organised lovely pictures of the unit, and he followed up each week with a realestate.com.au report listing the numbers of views and other relevant information. Despite the fact that the unit is small, his attention to my property was focussed and consistent, he responded to my emails and messages promptly (even after hours!), and he achieved the minimum sale price I wanted.
