If you want an agent with integrity and great negotiation skills, Evgeni is your man.

Evgeni is reliable, trustworthy and gives great advice. He has a very good handle on the market and property values, and what it takes to sell a property. As an interstate vendor, Evgeni assisted in bringing my property up to salable standard, without exorbitant costs. He kept me informed of what activity was occurring and negotiated a great price, within the upper part of the expected range that he had provided. I would recommend him to anybody looking for an agent who is a decent person and gets great results. I have sold 2 properties with Evgeni and the experience was the same with both - exceptional service and a very happy vendor!
