Met expectations in tough market conditions

Selling in a tough market with high interest rates was challenging, and it took longer than expected to find the right buyer for our property. Despite multiple inspections each week, we struggled to secure a firm offer. However, Tushar and his team remained dedicated throughout the process, working tirelessly to find a buyer who met our price expectations. Real estate can be a brutal game in tough conditions, but thanks to the consistent efforts and commitment of Tushar and his team, we were able to get across the finish line. I'm grateful for their persistence and professionalism. If there’s one area I felt could be improved, it would be more direct phone communication during the campaign, rather than relying primarily on the weekly automated inspection reports via email. A quick personal check-in would have helped us stay more connected throughout the process.
