Specifically dealing with Sophie, the process of listing and renting our home was made easy, with her ability to confidently answer all questions we had and tackling any problems with confidence, grace and calmness. She has been honest and upfront with us, she is able to handle sensitivities, differences of opinions, requests out of the norm, even being available for us outside of 9-5 when needed at the time. Even though we are new to Your Realty, we have every confidence that Sophie will be able to make this process as stress free as it can be. She says what she means, does what she promises, without us having to chase her up. Thank you so much Sophie.
