I got referred to Raj by my builder to get my newly constructed property in Ballarat rented. While I've had my reservations approaching an agent I never dealt with, I put the confidence in the referral and committed to have my investment property managed by Raj and team. It happens to be that time of the year where it is relatively quiet and not an easy way to have the property rented out. Being the landlord feeling the heat of rising interest rates and awaiting to see some income generated from the property we requested Raj to try and have the property rented out as soon as possible.
