Mark was fantastic, from coming out to have a look at my property and give an appraisal, i gave the go ahead and had subcontractors on site the same day to quote up some jobs that needed to be done prior to putting the house on the market. Mark & Shane organised everything for property to be in great condition before it hit the market. Everything was done and house was on the market a week later.
