Why hire a donkey when a thoroughbred is available

Hes honest (for a real estate agent (🤣🤣) but not over the top, he's driven yet grounded, he's confident but not obnoxious, and he's suave but not seedy. He listens, he acts. He won't say something he won't do. He has repeatedlt achieved results when the other local agents couldn't. Would I trust him with my daughter???.... no, but only because she can't afford a mortgage and he'd no doubt sell her a new home somewhere. He's not a glossy brochure hander outerer....he's a get out amongst the buyers, a walk around dropping leaflets in nearby homes, a hey that needs tidying up abit let me help you type of agent.
