We were having to put my father’s unit on the market for him to go into aged care because of health problems,and felt quite anxious about the whole thing, as my father was unable to do by himself,and we were hoping to find a realestate person who could be patient with my Dad’s questions and be considerate of making it as easy for him to understand. We are so happy we found Patrick from YPA. He is such a professional guy, but has also shown compassion for my Dad,to have confidence in the entire process. Patrick was in constant contact with us with any updates and after each open house, rang to let us know how things went. He also gave us advice about how the selling process usually takes place,even when we might be keen to take an offer, he thought that the offer was a understated. And after 3 weeks, it was sold without much stress at all.
