Great Agent

I first met James whilst he was working at another agency, selling another Greenvale property, although my wife & I were only window shopping at that point in time, attempting to grow our knowledge of the local area and what was on the market, meeting James 9-10 months prior to selling, we knew we would always be using his services over others. His ability to communicate & listen to potential buyers when a change from other agents, James also brings with him a charismatic charm that is both professional & friendly. I found even at that time James was supporting not only his vendor but also any/all potential candidates. In terms of my or our experience, James was more than great, he took on board the role of not selling our home but supporting us. He treated our home as his, not just another listing. James, was supportive, very communicative even when my wife & I may have doubts. James was always professional & always kept us level headed & realistic in terms of where we were at the time of the process. Our end result was a credit to him for his hard work, marketing & suggestions in terms of how to handle the campaign.
