EXCELLENT PROMPT AND GENTLE

VERY NICE IN THERE APPROACH. NOT GIVING A FEEL LIKE THEY WANTED TO RIP A PERSON AS NORMALLY HAD SEEN REAL ESTATE AGENT NOT REAL ACTUALLY BUT YPA SPECIALLY ALIE HAS DONE GREAT WORK AND REPRESENTED YPA VERY WELL. AM GLAD.
