After dealing with 2 other agents, it was a relief to meet Ayhwa. She made the process as easy as possible. She asked what I needed and when and worked with that. I felt like she was working as much for me as she would have been for the seller. She was accommodating with speeding up the settlement timeframe and didn’t play negotiating games like some other agents did. I would definitely recommend Ayhwa from my positive experience.
