Great service (and we weren’t even her paying clients)!

We bought a house which Rachael was marketing. Although she was acting for the seller (and never stepped out of that role), we felt supported all the way through the buying process. Rachael is a genuine person and has great communication. When we took ownership of the property, we were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness of the house. Although there is no legal requirement for the seller to clean a property, Rachael wanted us to have a good experience from start to end and insisted on paying for a clean herself. She made the arrangements and attended with the cleaner so that she was sure the clean would be as needed. We are very grateful for this and would definitely recommend Rachael to anyone looking to sell their property (or buy a property in the area).
