With a design brief that centred around the owner's love of art and living well, Art House acts as both a statement of beauty and a very practical family home. Never compromising form over the function, the home manages to perform the day-to-day tasks extremely well, whilst providing a backdrop that is reminiscent of an exquisite international gallery. Polished Terrazzo floors are complemented by Marmorino walls, deliberately reflecting the owners art collection on the ceilings and the floors, creating washes of colour and interest at every turn.
A statement in scale and drama, the oversized pivot door swings open to reveal a deliberately sunken entryan undeniably impressive first impression.
