I listed a property for sale with Aaron Reibelt of Dotcom Property Sales. I found his advice and knowledge to be first rate. The property needed a bit of work because it had been neglected for a while. Aaron gave me really sage advice about what work needed to be done and what was not necessary to sell the property. Aaron then gave me the contact details of a handful of tradespeople who completed the work in short turnaround without charging an arm and a leg. The property was listed on the market for sale when the positivity in the market started to wane. It was at that time that I was particularly glad that I had listed my property for sale with Aaron. Aaron had buyers in his database ready to go and the offers started coming in quickly. Aaron got a good offer in early, but because I was a little complacent with the amount of offers that were coming in, I didn't take any of the offers despite Aaron's advice on the value of the property. As the market continue to cool, I started to get nervous about the sale. Aaron did incredibly well to get a buyer who made an offer the same as the highest offer we received early in the marketing campaign. This time I took the offer. Aaron knows real estate really well and he knows the market. He is an incredibly good agent and he's someone that you want to have in your corner, especially as the market slows.
