We have been trying for many years to get into the first home buyers market. We tried many different pathways including established homes or home and lane packages without any success. The reasons being either unaffordable prices, unsuitable locations, odd plans, misrepresentation, etc. One night while browsing several properties on the internet, we came across one that caught our eyes. It was well presented and priced reasonably comparing to other listings. Next day morning we contacted Aaron whose contact number was provided. Aaron had the day off but still managed for us to meet a colleague in a very timely manner. By midday we had already inspected the property and had given our offer. By late afternoon our offer was accepted and we had received the contract. In our opinion, Aaron is quite knowledgeable as far as the property market is concerned and his listings are valuable. Communication wise he is quiet effective and timely. The whole process so far has been quite smooth. Pest and structure inspection was completed with no has hassle. All of these really add to his professionalism.
