First impression of Aaron was arrogant. He also said he wouldnât take my original offer to the owner as someone had offered the same amount a couple/few weeks before hand and it was rejected. I was prepared to paying an extra ten thousand for the property but after the above I was happy to lose the property or pay less. After the vendor agreed to the price though Aaron was good to deal with and happy to help if necessary.
